What you will do
- Assign loads to drivers and plan routes
- Keep customers updated on their shipments
- Solve problems on the road together with drivers
What we are looking for
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with phones, email, and computers
- Experience in trucking or logistics is a plus
- Calm under pressure and good at solving problems
